My mother-in-law used to display a collection of charming cast iron trivets with humorous sayings on them in her kitchen, each one hung proudly on the wall. The phrase on this particular one originates from an old Pennsylvania Dutch Proverb - "We Get Too Soon Old and Too Late Smart". To achieve contrasting colors, initiate layer change at the start of the 2.2mm layer (if using the Cura plug-in, set initial retract to -30 and layer to 11 for filament change).
