A few years back, I purchased a robust movie camera tripod from Princess Auto, which was branded "Majestic" and made by Modern Builders Co., located in Chicago, Illinois. Despite the mount's compatibility with quick release plates, it unfortunately did not come with one. The base of this tripod measures around 100mmx75mm.
