Stackable version without lettering can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4394121 Split design for smaller printers can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4400343. This redesign of "MNA Big Face Shield and Stacks--Chamfer Style" was inspired by the request of ICU nurse Matt Behning, who originally designed "Face Shield Big Remix". Huge thanks to ICU nurse Matt Behning for testing and approving modifications (and for many photos). Thanks also to Chad Schwartz for suggesting the tab concept and providing consultation and encouragement in the redesign process. In order for these support tabs to work, select "print thin walls". Two 1-inch wide rubber tourniquets hold the shield onto the wearer's head. A plastic sheet 12 inches wide and at least 9.5 inches tall is used for the face shield. Photos show a 12x12in plastic sheet. Files currently uploaded include stacks up to 10, as well as single layers with and without tabs if you want to stack them yourself. Cura profiles are included for 0.4 and 0.8mm nozzles. Still works in progress but have worked on Creality printers. You might want to add acceleration control of 500mm/s; this will be added in the next profile update. Thanks to Alex Scheuerlein and Chad Schwartz for helping with this. When printing shorter stacks, the brim may not be necessary. This design is optimized for a 0.4mm or 0.8mm nozzle at layer heights in increments of 0.04mm (0.2mm, 0.32mm). Peg supports and tabs must be clipped and removed before use. Refer to Post Printing instructions for more details. -Luke Swanson Use at your own risk.
