This model was originally crafted in Sketchup 13 before being converted to various other formats. The native format is .skp, while 3ds Max scenes were generated using version 2016 of the software and rendered with Vray 3.00 House sold for a price of $400,000, based on its 4,000 square foot floor plan. A slide show can be viewed by navigating to View>Animation>Play. Despite a gray and misty atmosphere outside, new owners have taken occupancy and are starting to furnish their larger living space.
