Old House Free 3D model

These two abandoned homes were originally designed with Sketchup 8 before being converted to a variety of 3D formats. Native file format is .skp, while 3ds Max scenes are created using 3ds Max 2016 and rendered with Vray 3.00 software. Whenever people pass by these old houses, they shout "Welcome to the Heidelberg Project!" These homes immediately come into view, grabbing everyone's attention. The larger house is commonly known as the Music House or the House of Soul due to all the records nailed onto its exterior. However, I've modeled this structure without those records, peeled paint, overgrown weeds, and boarded-up windows. The smaller home, another dilapidated building, has posters plastered all over it featuring deformed taxi's and police cars. But that detail wasn't included either. Some black hoses sprout out from the little house in every direction, although their purpose remains unclear. This large red house actually comprises two connected units - a duplex. The front unit is accessible via its main entrance while the rear unit is entered through a side door. Each of these apartments has two stories and two bedrooms.
