This 3D model originated from Sketchup 13 before being converted into multiple formats for comprehensive compatibility. The native file type is .skp, while the corresponding 3dsmax scene runs on 3ds Max 2016, rendered with Vray 3.00, an advanced rendering software. It's an old house designed by taking inspiration from part of a medieval castle that I came across. To view its animation sequence, simply navigate to View>Animation and play it; scenes are set at 4-second intervals. Textures used are from the Genetica Viewer, combined with some additional resources. Each floor is categorized into separate layers for easier management. Exterior surfaces are given an 'old' concrete look, mimicking weathered structures. The construction style adheres to standard concrete block configurations with furred exterior walls and stud-framed interior partitions.
