Old House 4 Free 3D model

This 3D model was initially built with Sketchup 14 and subsequently converted to various other 3D formats. The native format is .skp while the 3dsmax scene is created using 3ds Max 2016, rendered utilizing Vray 3.00 My turn begins now! I updated the old house by Paul Palamara to enhance its design and functionality. I added a spacious master bath and closet upstairs, relocated one closet to a more strategic location. The doors are designed to open via the layers menu, making it convenient for users. Downstairs, a modern kitchen, porch, half bathroom, TV room, and entry closet were seamlessly integrated. Two sets of pocket doors also open with ease using the layers menu. To maintain the house's historical integrity, I retained most details from the original design except for the sink and toilet by Double E. These updated fixtures are designed to fit the period of the house perfectly. A pellet stove was installed for a cozy ambiance. The exterior received a vibrant yellow paint job. Kudos to Paul for providing this 3D model; I hope you appreciate the refinements I made! Note: I unexpectedly ran out of paint, so a portion of the house remains unpainted - a minor oversight that will be rectified soon. Off to the paint store once again!
