Old Fishing Boat Low-Poly 3D Model. This model is ideal for use in Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), as well as in games and other real-time applications. The model includes several formats, such as a UE4 asset, a 3ds max 2017 file with Vray, a 3ds max 2017 file with Corona Render, a Blender 2.8 file with Eevee or Cycles, an .FBX format, and an .OBJ format. Additionally, two archives are included: PBR_maps for use in PBR shading, and nonPBR_maps for use in 3ds max, Corona Render, and Vray. All objects, materials, and textures within the model have been named clearly. Each format has been thoroughly tested to ensure that it works correctly. The UVs of all objects do not overlap, allowing for seamless integration with other models. High-resolution textures at 4K are included, along with both PBR and non-PBR textures.
