This 3D model was created from scratch in Sketchup 15 before being converted to a range of other 3D formats for widespread use. Its native format is .skp, which forms the foundation for 3ds Max 2016 scenes rendered using Vray 3.00. Coming from my extensive archives, this project was initially conceptualized as an outer shell that I subsequently enhanced by adding a fully-realized interior. The model has undergone thorough refinements to enhance clarity and visual appeal, with redundant layers skillfully excised to optimize performance. With the exterior firmly rooted on layer 0 and individual floor levels existing separately as distinct layers, this complex architectural design boasts an array of elevators, stairs, and additional distinctive features like a spiraling staircase that culminates at the tower's apex. As it stands roughly five years old now, this model is part of an extensive portfolio of my work with numerous creations slated for release in the coming year. By contrasting this project with newer offerings from my digital repertoire, users can draw meaningful comparisons and provide valuable insights regarding its comparative merits.
