In this project, we begin with an old burned tree trunk. We then create a photogrammetry scan that's optimized for real-time standards, ensuring it's done under neutral light conditions to avoid hard shadows or hotspots. The result is a precise quad retopo model, complete with a clean and non-overlapping UV package. The package includes an original high-poly detailed model with 304,062 vertices and 101,354 triangles. Additionally, there's a low-poly optimized textured version with 3,779 vertices, 6,668 triangles, and 3,339 quads. The textures provided are at 4K resolution, including the diffuse/albedo map, specular map, microsurface map, curvature map, height map, and AO map.
