The model is available in multiple formats such as FBX, OBJ, and 3DS Max 2017 (for editing purposes only). Note that textures are not assigned or compatible with Max renderers in the 3DS Max format. The package includes texture maps like Basecolor, Metallic, Roughness, Normals, AO, and Opacity (with Emission for applicable items). The resolution is 2048x2048, ensuring crisp clarity from close-up views. The format is lossless .PNG. For seamless assembly in your target renderer/engine, materials are named after the corresponding texture maps that should be assigned. Most materials are tiling ones; adjust their UV tiling as needed (e.g., carpet 15, kitchen tiles 5). The first screenshot showcases a static PBR render, while the others demonstrate scenes in Unreal Engine 4.
