This design is constantly being revised, so check in at least once per week for updates. V2.1 UPDATE CAN BE FOUND HERE: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4546183 V1.1 UPDATE Thickened peg supports make printing easier. Stackable version with lettering can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4390764 Split design for smaller printers is available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4429173 This was a redesign of "Big Face Shield and Stacks--Chamfer Style" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4374690, which was originally a redesign request of the "Face Shield Big Remix by ICU nurse"\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4312120\r\nby BlackDogCarbonFiber, based on the Prusa face shield. Huge thanks go to ICU nurse Matt Behning, the original designer, for testing and approving modifications (and many photos). Thanks also to Chad Schwartz for suggesting the tab concept and providing consultation and encouragement in the redesign process. To use these support tabs, select "print thin walls." Two 1-inch wide rubber tourniquets are used to hold the shield onto the wearer's head. A plastic sheet 12 inches wide and at least 9.5 inches tall is used for the face shield. Photos show a 12x12in plastic sheet. Files currently uploaded include stacks up to 10, as well as single layers with and without tabs if you want to stack them yourself. Cura profiles are in progress. This was designed to print with a 0.4mm or 0.8mm nozzle at layer heights in increments of 0.04mm (0.2mm, 0.32mm). Peg supports and tabs must be clipped and removed before use. Refer to Post Printing instructions for more details. -Luke Swanson Use this design at your own risk.
