Old Airplane Wooden Toy

An ancient toy inspired by a project on this site: http://eseck1.blogspot.com.br/2013_10_01_archive.html led to the creation of a Trapeze Bear Wooden Toy. The toy itself was simple, but I enjoyed experimenting with animations, particularly looping. To create this effect, I rendered the animation to 280 frames, merged the first and last 70 frames to reduce it to 210 frames, and added a background animation using chromakey. The model was designed in Solidworks 2015 and rendered with Simlab Composer 6 Mechanical Edition. Frames were edited in Virtualdub, saved as AVI/X264 and BMP, and the video was remuxed to MP4 with MyMP4BoxGui. Gifs were created using PhotoScape, and renders were edited with IrfanView. The 3D-PDF, ZIM, and SIMLAB files are animated, with the ZIM file viewable on IOS and Android devices via the Simlab Viewer app. The model is available in numerous formats, including Solidworks 2015, Simlab Composer 6, DAE, STEP, IGES, STL, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, and ZIM.
