Oh, nothing fancy, just a simple digital-to-analog converter synthesizer... That's PERFECTLY FINE! Monophonic: Only one note at a time can be played on this device. This is in contrast to “polyphonic,” where multiple simultaneous notes can be produced. Digital: The sound you hear originates from computers, microcontrollers, and sound samplers. The output is the result of electronic components like capacitors, resistors, and logic chips being put through their paces. Pulse-wave: When its output is viewed on an oscilloscope, its wave pattern resembles a triangle. It’s a “bright” sounding wave type, great for melodies, and commonly associated with chiptune music and old video games. These are the 3D models for the PERFECTLY FINE DIY Kit.
