Okami Amaterasu - Thicker tail for printing

I reworked Amaterasu by kijai, simplifying its design to make it more robust. I beefed up the joint where the tail attaches to the body, which was a weak point that kept breaking on my prints. Additionally, I reduced the number of triangles in the model, streamlining it enough to prevent Meshmixer from crashing due to its massive size.
