Here's another adjustable pillow block for the Thomson Super 8 linear ball bearing that can be easily screwed down from the bearing side of the mounting plate using its extended flanges. This model comes with four millimeter diameter mounting holes, evenly spaced at forty by twenty-five millimeter centers. To get started, you'll need to screw a six-32 thread bolt into place and secure it with a washer in order to adjust the bearing preload - or what is also commonly known as fitment. Four of these bolts and washers will be required for mounting purposes. Follow the simple instructions below to install this versatile block on your project: I used coex3d MG-94 ABS filament when printing this design, with each layer taking a depth of 0.2 millimeters. A fill rate of thirty percent ensured structural integrity without unnecessary bulk. No brim or support material was required due to the precision-crafted geometry.
