This is a Ballgazer game piece that clips onto your clothes or shoelaces. If you're reading this, you already know how to play - we keep it friendly and non-violent. The person who's "it" gives themselves a gentle tap on the back of their neck. We call this act "necking yourself". My child is in elementary school, so I appreciate this version of the game.
