I decided not to find an oiler that suited my needs, so I came up with a custom design for one to attach directly to my printer. My creation is straightforward and has been effective with this filament guide: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:374368. For the lubricant, I took apart a basic sponge and infused it with canola oil, which has served well in conjunction with printing PLA at 196 degrees Celsius.
