This funnel threads into the oil filler hole on the BMW R1200 and R1250 boxer motorcycle engine. This product works fine with PLA but may be more robust with PETG. There is no need to tighten the funnel when installing it. PLA will mot certainly break and leave the threaded portion in the hole. You only need to thread it in place so it holds itself while you are adding oil.
