Ohm's Banestrike Combi-Bolter with fixed thumb

Building some headhunters and the resin combibolters are naff, so I found ones Ohm had made which look awesome, but they've got that gimpy thumb from the builder. Fixed the thumb by reposing and resizing it, also added a second ejection port for the other barrel, and a left handed version Minor gripe but bugs the heck out of me.
