The intricately designed Ohio Class submarine model is nearly to scale, featuring all textures and materials. It includes animateable propeller, opening hatches for the launch tube, retractable periscopes and antennas, as well as handrails. The torpedo tubes at the ship's front can also be opened. Initially developed for the US Navy during the Cold War era, these subs were initially equipped with Trident I missiles, later upgraded to Trident II. The first four boats - USS Ohio, Michigan, Georgia and Florida - faced retirement in 2002, but they were redesignated and refitted as non-nuclear guided missile launch platforms, each of the 7 missile silos fitted with 7 Tomahawk Cruise missiles and Navy Seal equipment and boats.
