I recommend License Plate Font for the name, or Arial Bold looks good also. If you're using Fusion 360, load the design file, modify the "NAME" in the sketch, size it to your taste, align it perfectly, add the letters to the Extrude - Name step. For other design programs, the procedure may vary slightly. You will need to create letters that are extruded 0.8 mm from a height of 1.6 mm and combine them with the STL file for plate frame and base.
