National Monuments Service Record Number: WA031-045015- Site Type Ecclesiastical Description This site is noted by Raftery as a possible ringfort, but it's known locally as a killeen. A recent geophysical survey confirms the existence of an ecclesiastical enclosure. Five other ogham stones from this site are now at Mount Melleray Cistercian monastery. Monument A fragment of old red sandstone measures 0.26m x 0.09m x 0.03m and is described by Raftery as a 'thin fragment'. Text The inscription on two angles of this stone is clear, but not enough survives to identify a name.
