Offset hinge for MP Ultimate / Wanhao Duplicator 6

I'm having a bad week for print-in-place designs, so after failing to get a couple existing ones to work, I came up with this. The design includes an 2.4mm (0.09") offset between the parts to accommodate the scrap Plexiglas I had on hand. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30% Notes: Supports needed from print surface only and only for the "Door.stl" part. The "DoorBack" part needs to be flipped upside down to print. I went with 3 perimeters to maintain strength, but it's not like the door weighs much. Post-Printing Hardware needed (2) M3x20mm socket-head cap screw (through hinge pin) (2) M3 hex nut (0-4) M3 washer (I used one per hinge; they're just under 0.5mm thick and I left 1mm clearance) (4) M4x6mm socket-head cap screw (mount "Frame.stl" to frame) (4) M4x10mm socket-head cap screw (mount "Door.stl" through Plexiglas) (4) M4 hex nut (secure "DoorBack.stl") I used 3mm and 4mm drills to clean and size the primary holes as I wanted them fairly precise so didn't include any extra clearance for those. The M4 heads will also be fairly snug, but the nuts and M3 head should have a little more clearance. I also used a 5mm drill on the Plexiglas to make those holes. The side panels, by the way, don't need any printed parts, just (8) M5x6 (or whatever you can find) screws and (8) M5 washers (optionally). I made those holes 6mm. I found as I was washing off these scraps in hot water, that just the 55C/110F water on one side would make a noticeable curvature, so I figured I wouldn't make the holes in the Plexiglas too tight lest it crack when the enclosure warms.
