Offset Hinge for Ender 5 Enclosure Cover

I'm designing my Ender 5 Pro enclosure based on Teaching Tech's design. I was unhappy with just placing the lid on top, though. Putting hinges at the back is tough because of the Y-axis motor mount in the way. This thing is an offset hinge that lets the lid clear that mount. Assembly: Use an M5x65 socket head bolt as the pin and hold it in place with a standard M5 nut. Secure to 2020 aluminum extrusion using M5x8 socket head bolts and M5 T nuts.
