I'm excited to share with you this remix of the Offset Belt Tensioner from donnyb99 and Gladjolt for the CR10S. On my CR10S, I encountered a problem with the timing belt being too high, so I recreated the belt tensioner design from donnyb99 with some small modifications, adding parts from Gladjolt's belt tensioner. Now, my belt is perfectly aligned in the aluminum profile, and it won't interfere with the wheels of the carriage extruder or grind on the side. I added a tighter version of the endcap, as some of you requested a more secure fit, and I'm happy to report that it works like a charm for me. If you're experiencing elephant foot problems, you may need to trim a little to get a nice fit; otherwise, if your CR10 is well-tuned in all axes and inside holes, you'll likely get a slightly loose fit, but it's still perfectly acceptable. When installing the endcap, take your time to examine it carefully, as there's a specific side that fits the leg of the main tensioner part. The grooves are designed to be different to accommodate this, so make sure you get it right. I've made some edits to the design: I added a short version for tighter enclosures and a tight endcap for those who need it. This tensioner addresses several issues: * Belt height interference * Idler parallel problem * Easier adjustment For printing, use 30/100 infill settings and have the following parts ready: * Bolt (4mm x 25mm) * Lock nut (4mm) * Bolt (5mm x 30mm) * Nut (5mm) Optional: If your timing belt is too short, you can use this one. If you'd like to request any modifications for my belt tensioner, don't hesitate to ask me! Thank you.
