In order to solve the issue of extruding ABS through my J Head MkIV nozzle, I opted for installing an active cooling fan while printing. To accommodate smaller prints (below 50mm) on my X-carriage, I designed a minimalistic offset mount and guard. For a secure fit, use a soldering iron to melt in the m3 nuts. Finally, attach the parts to the X-carriage and enjoy your improved printing experience!
