This allows you to attach a 40mm fan to a 30mm opening in areas where clearance is an issue. this only needs 1mm of clearance on the two flat sides. 1 hole lines up and will need an M3x30 or M3x40 depending on the fan you are using 3 M3x12 to attach the conversion to your existing part Update 9/21/2020: enlarged holes for easier screw clearance
