I used Fusion360 to round off all edges possible with a 1mm fillet, making the Flag_Base model smoother. This was the only modification I made to the original design. On the Flag_Halves, I performed the same operation on the fillets but completely re-modeled the entire thing since the original model didn't translate well into Fusion360. Following that, I added a square peg on one side and a square hole on the other side of the circular hole. Then, I mirrored it so that the hole and peg were reversed. Additionally, I increased the size of the hole by 0.2mm on each side to ensure the peg fits snugly in the hole. This modification made assembly an effortless snap.
