This is a life-size, professionally designed replica of an Office Interior created by a skilled architect. Product dimensions: 25 meters x 65 meters x 3 meters Units used: Centimeters Originally crafted with 3ds Max 2011 software. LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model can be utilized for various purposes, including real-time use, game development in Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture projects. GEOMETRY The model's mesh is of high quality, boasting a clean edge flow. Geometry has been thoroughly tested to ensure the absence of holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing for easy addition of details and editing of geometry. Similar objects (furniture, equipment, etc.) are instances, making it effortless to modify or replace them. Scene objects are organized by layers. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray software. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing purposes. VRayHDRI with map and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box.
