This is a high-fidelity, real-world-sized model of an office interior crafted by a seasoned architect. Building dimensions: 30 meters x 45 meters x 6 meters Units used: Centimeters and Meters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 software LEVEL OF DETAIL AND USAGE This model is versatile and suitable for various purposes, including real-time use, gaming in Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architectural applications. 92,978 polygons 79,708 vertices GEOMETRY The model's mesh features a high level of quality with clean edge flow. Geometry has been thoroughly tested to ensure it is free from holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing for easy addition of details or editing of the geometry. All similar objects are instances, making it simple to change or replace them as needed. Shell Modifier has been applied and disabled for glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers for efficient management. PRESENTATION IMAGES Preview images have been rendered using 3.20 V-Ray software. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing purposes. MATERIALS The model comes equipped with both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures are included in a separate archive file. All objects are UV mapped, and all materials have been properly named.
