I have this chair: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Office-Hippo-Executive-Headrest-Adjustable/dp/B078JSZJ5L The headrest is adjustable by about 3", which is nowhere near enough. This raises it up for tall people! Requires two (40mm long) M5 bolts to screw into the chair back, and a couple of woodscrews (you could also use glue if you like) to join the two parts together. I printed it in esun PLA+ with 5mm walls and 20% infill and it's plenty strong enough. V2: improved design (for me at least) the headrest is slightly lower and further forward to increase the support the headrest provides. Also rounded off some of the edges for asthetic reasons.
