It's not intended for subdivision or other uses. Renders created using Marmoset Toolbag 3 provide accurate results. Note that default renders in 3ds Max may appear different from the preview images. The included scene is compatible with Marmoset Toolbag 3, which ensures seamless integration and precise visualization of the door model. Pre-built animation settings allow for effortless opening and closing of the door. The pivot point has been carefully positioned to accommodate various movement scenarios. ||Specifications|| Measurements: 130cm x 275cm x 38cm. The geometry is composed of quads and tris, eliminating any non-manifold polygons (n-gons). For optimal texture mapping efficiency, UV space has been unwrapped manually. Materials and objects are properly named for effortless management and editing. To ensure real-world accuracy, the model has been scaled to approximate centimeter measurements. Compatibility with various rendering software includes Marmoset Toolbag 3, Unreal Engine 4, and Unity Engine. .obj and .fbx export versions were generated using 3ds Max 2019.
