The caster wheels I chose kept coming loose from my chair, causing them to spin freely when I sat down. To get around this issue, I downloaded designs for these same wheels, but after printing, they were still too large for my chair's frame. To fix this problem, I resized the mounting holes in each wheel so that a 5.5mm shaft could be used and also reinforced the center of the wheel with some additional support.
