This stop clip halts your office chair from collapsing when the pneumatic cylinder breaks down. 2015-05-25 - Added ChairFix2.scad which includes a secondary stop to prevent it popping off, if your chair like mine, features an outer piston that is slightly conical in shape. Instructions Scale the scad to fit perfectly, or print numerous STLs to your liking. Printed in ABS plastic, to give it extra spring I did 100% fill, fill pattern concentrated in the center and a rectangular top/bottom pattern. With slic3r v1.2.6, this left a slight gap in the middle which may have contributed to some additional springiness. It went on with a neat snap and there are no strain marks on the plastic.
