Office Chair Lock Cover

I designed a cover for my office chair caster locking lever, constantly knocking it with my heels and accidentally locking the wheels was a frustration I had to overcome. To solve this problem, I created these covers using TinkerCad. They allow easy wheel locking while preventing accidental lock-ups. This design fits wheels with 60mm diameters and features an 18mm hole for the shaft. Attaching them to the wheels is made possible by applying 3M VHB double-sided adhesive tape. Printing this design without supports is feasible if it's oriented on the build plate with the flat top surface facing up, as shown.
