Office chair glide

Office chair glide

I wanted sliders on the bottom of my office chair instead of the wheels, so I designed this to replace them. Print it with a strong material. As a beginner at 3D printing, I've only tried PLA so far. One model is 23mm tall when assembled, and the second is 70mm tall, making sure they'll clear any protrusions on the chair's bottom. I saved the model in fine detail mode - feel free to make adjustments as needed. I'm still working on getting my 3D modeling program to accurately place the model on the print bed. Edit: January 13, 2020 - I've had two breakages so far, one PLA and one PETG. This might be due to using it on a thick carpet. My next goal is to try printing with a metal rod in place.
