To print the bracket successfully, use a layer height of 0.2-0.3mm and ensure your nozzle does not exceed 0.5mm in diameter. It's crucial that you enable cooling during the printing process as this design features inner bridges that necessitate such precautions. When it comes to assembling the fans, use m3x16 screws, while for securing the bracket itself, employ m5x40 HEX screws. The safety of your expensive fan is a top priority in this design. To ensure its protection, the bracket is engineered to break apart before causing damage to the fan. Therefore, avoid over-tightening the screws as this could lead to unnecessary stress on the bracket and potential harm to the fan itself.
