A 1:1 scale architectural model of four modern office buildings, created using 3ds Max 2011, features varying polygons and vertices for each building. Building 1 has 59,366 polygons and 54,565 vertices with dimensions of 38x38x16 meters; Building 2 consists of 347,879 polygons and 335,474 vertices in a 15x85x25 meter space; Building 3 boasts 246,685 polygons and 283,916 vertices across 35x30x25 meters; while Building 4 has 85,003 polygons and 93,650 vertices within a 35x35x30 meter area. This model is suitable for real-time applications, gaming, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture projects. The high-quality mesh has been checked for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. It's low-poly, allowing easy editing of geometry and adding additional details. Instances are used for similar objects, making changes or replacements simple. A shell modifier is applied to glass objects while scene objects are organized by layers. All preview images are rendered with V-Ray 3.20, along with wire images for geometry testing. The model includes VRayHDRI maps and a VRayCamera, ready for out-of-the-box rendering. Both V-Ray and Standard materials are provided, accompanied by JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. Properly named materials and UV mapping complete the package, with no third-party plug-ins needed.
