Office building - Technology Park facilities Low-poly 3D model
cgtrader
This low/mid poly model features quads and a few triangles (no ngons), making it optimal for high-end visualization, games, or real-time engines like Unreal Engine 4 (UE4 .uassets provided). It consists of 19 descriptively named objects organized within the same layer structure. The model is developed in a detail-based object arrangement, allowing you to decrease the polycount by deleting non-essential objects. There are 16 meshes with 5230 quads and 8145 vertices. Real-world scale units are in meters (building bounding box: 57.8m x 44.6m x 11.3m). The full scene, including environment, exposure, gamma, cameras, lights, materials, textures, and renderer, is configured and ready to render in a physically correct linear space. Renders have contrast applied only, with no further post-production. Unwrapped UVs are provided for all objects, with overlapping UVS in UV channel 1 (for common textures) and non-overlapping UVS in UV channel 2 (for lightmap baking etc). PBR Vray materials are included for all objects (diffuse, base reflection, reflection glossiness, and normal maps), with meaningful names. There are 28 texture maps (only 17 optimized textures in the Unreal Engine version), PNG format, up to 4K resolution (4096x4096px). All textures have their paths stripped from the model to prevent linking issues, though some may need relinking when using OBJ and FBX file formats due to exporting/importing limitations. The 3ds max 2016 native file format includes standard materials, with Vray 3.5 used for preview images and full scene features like lighting, cameras setups, and scattered grass. 3ds max 2012 and 2010 file formats with Vray 2.00 materials are also included. Unreal Engine .uassets added, including collision setup for the base mesh (Out_Wall). Static lighting has been calculated in a test level for fine-tuning assets inside the Unreal Editor. VrayProxies and VrayInstancer are used for scattered grass, with BerconNoise non-essential maps from the free BerconMaps plugin used in 3DS MAX for procedural HD mask in grass/lawn shader. The HDR image used for lighting the scene is not included. For Unreal Engine 4 (UE4), download the corresponding package and place the unzipped WALTP directory inside the Content folder of your destination project. For other packages, download the Textures' package and the RAR containing the file format you need, then unzip them together inside the same folder.
