Updated on May 30th, this model features optimized assets for Unreal Engine, along with improved interiors in all file formats. Download and use files with the _V2 suffix; old deprecated files are available if needed. The low/mid-poly model consists of quads and a few tris (no ngons), perfect for high-end visualization, games, or real-time engines, with UE4 .uassets provided. There are 13 objects organized in the same layer structure, easily customizable by deleting non-essential items. Basic interior textures are included, though not intended for full access. For Unreal, there are 14 meshes with 11,555 quads/tris and 1,8286 vertices. The real-world scale model (70.7m x 25.2m x 12m) comes with physically correct linear space configuration, with renders featuring contrast only, no further post-production. Unwrapped UVs are provided for all objects, with overlapping UVS in channel 1 and non-overlapping in channel 2. PBR materials (Unreal: base color, metallic, roughness, normal & detail maps; Vray versions: diffuse, glossiness, base reflection, and normal maps) are included for all objects, named meaningfully. There are 33 texture maps up to 2K resolution. All textures have their paths stripped to prevent linking issues. The native 3ds Max 2016 file format uses Vray 3.50 for preview images and materials. 2012 and 2010 formats, with Vray 2.00 materials, are also available. Unreal Engine .uassets include collision set up for the base mesh, with static lighting calculated in a test level. BerconNoise non-essential maps are used, with no additional plugins needed. The HDR image for lighting is not included. To use in Unreal Engine 4 (UE4), download and place unzipped UMH directory inside the Content folder of your project. Other formats have all necessary files packed together without linking issues.
