Office building - Innovation Center Low-poly 3D model
cgtrader
This low to mid poly model, featuring quads and a few tris (no ngons), is perfect for high-end visualization, games, or real-time engines such as Unreal Engine 4. It comes with 30 descriptively named objects organized in the same layer structure. The detail-based object arrangement allows you to easily decrease poly count by deleting non-essential objects. The full scene is configured and ready for render in a physically correct linear space, with no further post-production applied. Real-world scale measurements are in meters (bounding box: 116.4m x 57.9m x 20.8m), and UVs are unwrapped for all objects, with overlapping UVS in UV channel 1 and non-overlapping UVS in UV channel 2 for lightmap baking. PBR Vray materials (albedo, base reflection, reflection glossiness, and normal maps) are included for all objects, along with meaningful names. A total of 82 texture maps (4K to 8K resolution) are provided in PNG format. The model is available in 3dsmax 2016 native file format with standard materials, utilizing Vray 3.30 for preview images, materials, and procedural textures. Additionally, 3dsmax 2012 and 2010 file formats with Vray 2.00 materials and C4D R16 versions with standard materials are also available. All textures are packed with the model file in a flat file structure, with paths stripped from the model to prevent linking issues. OBJ and FBX formats may require relinking of textures due to format limitations concerning PBR materials. The BerconNoise non-essential maps (using the free BerconMaps plugin) are included for procedural HD mask in the grass/lawn shader, with no additional plugins needed. An ordinary dome is configured instead of the HDR image used for lighting the scene, which is not included.
