This model is based on a 3D concept created using Sketchup 6, then transformed into other formats. The native file format is .skp. A 3ds Max scene rendered with Vray 3.00 presents the final output. This specific design depicts a large office building with six individual offices and one spacious conference room inside. Detailed furnishings were included in this creation. An elevator has been installed at the rear of the structure for added functionality. The transparent wall design gives the building an open feel while allowing ample space for parking.
