Office Building Free 3D model

I designed this 3D model using Sketchup 8, and later converted it into multiple other formats for broader use. The native file format is .skp, while the corresponding 3ds Max scene was created with 3ds Max 2016 software. The renderings were completed using Vray 3.00. This creation belongs to my ideal cityscape design. I am open to it being set as default for future reference. One of the distinctive features is a built-in air-conditioning system positioned at the rooftop level, showcasing the architectural nuances.
