This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. The native format is .skp and the 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 As you see more of Paulwall, you will also see many buildings from Paulwall. Here's a general office tower that has 20 civilian floors to house businesses. Any tenant could lease an entire floor or several floors if needed to fully accommodate their business. This building stands tall as the city's centerpiece! Although this isn't Matt's massive 80-story building, this building showcases how well I can model towering buildings or skyscrapers. However, there is currently not enough demand for 80-floor buildings. Most of downtown consists of store-fronts and a few taller buildings. The Paulwall census counted only 177,053 residents last year. This retro high-rise office tower is owned by NTS Communications and rents spaces to smaller businesses. You will see a typical floor space interior with big offices, stairwells, 4 elevator shafts, and utilities. Just turn off the roof layer and you'll notice air conditioners outside. On top of this building, there are communications equipment and water tanks. There's rear parking and the same lot length as the Rushman Hotel.
