Realistic 3D Model of an Office Building Native File Format is 3DS Max 2011. The model is also available in the following file formats: 3DS Max files have standard materials with textures and Vray shaders. These files are compatible with 3DS Max 11 and higher versions. In these file formats, the model is ready to use with textures and materials. When you open them in your 3D software, you will find the model already equipped with textures and materials, so there's no need to apply them manually. The high-resolution textures are in jpeg format and are ready for close-up renders. The final preview was rendered using 3DS Max 2014 and Vray 3.6, along with a Vray light and a Vray physical camera. However, the Vray lighting setup is not included. No Photoshop was used to create this model. All objects and textures are properly named for easy identification and use.
