This is a high-quality, real-world-size model of two office buildings with parking made by a skilled architect. Units used: Centimeters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model is perfect for various purposes – including real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture BUILDING 01 Has 256,758 polygons Includes 300,352 vertices Measures 140m x 135m x 160m in size BUILDING 02 Consists of 88,199 polygons Has 77,413 vertices Is 110m x 110m x 110m in size GEOMETRY The model's mesh is of high quality with clean edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, making it easy to add additional details or edit geometry. All similar objects (furniture, equipment, etc.) are instances – easy to change or replace Scene objects are organized by layers: PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered with 3.20 V-Ray.
