This is a true-to-scale model of a contemporary office building, designed by a professional architect. The dimensions of the structure are 38m x 38m x 16m, measured in centimeters. Created using 3ds Max 2011's Level Of Detail and Usage features, this model is suitable for various purposes such as real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. The model consists of 59,366 polygons and 54,565 vertices. The mesh is high quality with a smooth edge flow, carefully checked for errors like holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. It's a low-poly mesh that allows easy addition of further details or editing of the geometry. Instances have been used for similar objects (like windows) to facilitate easy changes or replacements. Scene objects are categorized into several layers: BLD, BLD_details, BLD_glass, BLD_railings, BLD_update, and BLD_windows. Preview images of the model have been rendered using V-Ray 3.20 for accurate representation. Wireframe images showcase geometry testing with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt.
