This is a high-fidelity, real-world-scale model of a modern office building designed by a seasoned professional architect. LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model is suitable for various applications, including real-time use, games, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. 59,366 polygons 54,565 vertices GEOMETRY The model's mesh boasts high-quality geometry with a clean edge flow. Geometry has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add additional details or edit the geometry. All similar objects (windows, etc.) are instances, making it easy to change or replace them.
