This is a fully realized, real-world scale replica of a contemporary office building designed by a skilled architect. Product specifications: 35 meters in length and 30 meters in width. Originally created with the professional-grade software application, 3ds Max 2011. | USAGE | This model is perfect for use in exterior visualization, real-time applications, gaming, architecture, consulting, and educational settings. Units used: Meters | GEOMETRY | The model's mesh boasts high-quality construction, with a smooth flow of edges. Geometry has been carefully tested to ensure it contains no holes, flipped normals, or overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing for easy addition of extra details and editing of the geometry. All similar objects are instances, making it simple to change or replace them as needed. A shell modifier has been applied to glass objects but disabled for optimal performance. Scene objects are organized into distinct layers: BLD_details BLD_floors BLD_glass BLD_mullions BLD_spiders BLD_walls STUDIO | PRESENTATION IMAGES | All preview images have been rendered using the high-end rendering software application, 3.20 V-Ray.
